Oh dear, this is a sore point as I lost my camera last Monday. I've searched everywhere to no avail. I think I may have dropped it by the car and perhaps someone took a fancy to it. It was only an old compact but I loved its versatility. Perhaps I'll replace it with a G9 :)
Now that's a sad story Jerry. You're not one to put stuff on the roof of the car and then drive away are you? I'm one of those types. I think canon is up to the G12 now too...good luck in your search.
